So new character!! Adopted from ~Bully-butt


His name is Tobias and he's kind of mischievous and that's why he paints his face, so no one know what he looks like underneath and thus, he can't get into trouble. He's really lazy and likes to sleep. But he like making friends and talking with people (so they give him their food and let him sleep in their house)
